  • Charges are per hour. 1-hour minimum, then in 30 min. increments.

    If we can't fix/repair or install within the 1st hour, we will provide you with a fixed price cost within your initial hour.

    Works can be carried out on HOURLY RATES, DAY RATES and FIXED PRICE.

    Emergencies are charged at our standard rates.

    Materials supplied are subject to a 10% charge.

    Invoices show a description of work and a breakdown of labour & materials.

    Payment to be made in full on receipt of the invoice, either by card or bank transfer.

    For larger jobs, whether it’s a new boiler or cylinder, we will provide a fixed price and may require a 50% deposit upon acceptance.
